Adanna Burrell is an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with over15 years of experience in the field. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

 

Adanna has worked in the private practice setting where she has collaborated with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to develop programs for children with Autism and other developmental disorders. She has also worked in the home health sector and hospital setting providing services in the areas of feeding, swallowing, brain injury, apraxia, autism, and expressive/receptive language impairments. Adanna has also provided training on assessment and treating autism, language development, AAC, and most recently leadership, coaching and communication development, on the international overseas, national, state, and local levels.

 

She founded Speak It! Therapy Solutions in 2012 and is excited to be expanding the services she offers to reach a greater community. Pouring her knowledge and experience of the field back into the lives of future and current Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and parents is one of her greatest joys, and looks forward to working with each of you soon.
